Group coaching is a great way to get peer support, professional coaching, and share best practices in a safe atmosphere. The group coaching format provides an intimate setting that allows women to feel comfortable sharing their challenges and successes with each other.

We are both leaders and trainers in NGO world for over 20 years. We know the challenges, we have managed crises, we have even undergone burnout.

Online (zoom) meetings every two weeks in a safe group lead by experienced coach and trainer deeply rooted in the NGO misery ;)

Working together from 2010
We go way back. We both are professional educators with a background in multicultural education. We both train, facilitate and coach NGOs and activists who are working to create social change. We're passionate about our work and excited to be able to help others achieve their goals.
